Black screen game still running Got a new PC a few weeks ago, and I'm experiencing a super intermittent problem. However, all I see is a black screen. Sim 4, phasmo, the forest, star wars batllefront 2, etc. This problem seems to be a confusing one because the black screen doesn't say anything unlike a blue screen. I have an issue when trying to run the game in anything higher than 1920x1080, where as soon as I select my server, and try to transition to the character selector, the game goes to black, my video card fans go into overdrive, and then I have to restart my computer to recover. The game launches and the FPS counter does show up in the window but it just stays on a black screen. It worked last night but when I tried to move around my game would just crash.
